INN AT ROBERTS GROVE

Description

The Inn at Robert's Grove occupies 22 acres of land between the Caribbean Sea and the Placencia Lagoon, located approximately 120 mile flight from Belize City and one mile from the Placencia Airstrip. Guests fly internationally into Belize City and then must schedule a 40-minute flight to the Placencia Peninsula, prior to departing for your trip. This flight can be arranged through Tropic Air 1-800-422-3435 or Maya Island Air 1-800-521-1247. Guess can call the Inn to arrange complimentary transportation to and from the airstrip.

The Hacienda-style inn has three outdoor pools that overlook a white-sand beach. Guests can also enjoy a tennis court, whirlpools, canoes, sea kayaks, sailboats, windsurfing boards, fitness equipment, and bicycles. For added convenience, the property offers an open-air massage room, gift shop, dive shop, fly fishing center, day trips to the rainforest and Mayan ruins, two restaurant, and two poolside bars. The Great Room is a common area for all guests and has a bar, library, satellite TV, VCR, CD player, and chess and backgammon boards.

Rooms are decorated with handcrafted furniture, woven rugs and fabrics, Mexican terra cotta tile floors, and original artwork. All rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, private terraces, hairdryers, safes, telephones, and mini-refrigerators.
