Purpose-built, snow sure and very convenient, Sestriere sits at the heart of the 400km Milky Way, one of the world's biggest ski circuits. It hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics ad investment is still ongoing. The high mountains on three sides form a magnificent, snowy ampitheatre with great skiing for everybody.

Accommodation description

This is a prestigious and professionally-run hotel with very high standards. It's located 5mins walk from the centre and a new chair lift, and 1 minute from the local bus stop if required. The enormous restaurant has great views and excellent food. There are 2 lounges, one of which has a bar (open 24/7), and the other offers either TV or evening entertainment. The bedrooms are high quality and all have private facilities and most have balcony. Overall, this is a good ,solid 3 star, with high standards throughout, and we are sure our guests will be impressed with the quality
